First Baptist Church of Downers Grove financially supports 11 international mission teams, five domestic teams, and five mission organizations, that all have the same common theme: sharing the love of Jesus Christ. 

Missionaries have recurring needs such as housing, transportation, schooling, childcare, and other materials and resources to further their mission. The FBC Global Outreach Committee keeps in regular contact with our missionaries to stay aware of their needs, prayer requests, accomplishments, and general well-being, as many of these teams face persecution daily from people or the government.

We encourage you to pray for our missionaries or give to the Missions Fund. In October, we collect a special offering for Missionary Christmas. Providing a monetary gift for Christmastime helps our missionaries purchase Christmas gifts for their families or help with other needs during the holiday season.
