Coming to a new church can be a nervous experience. When you arrive on Sunday, our Welcome Team will greet you warmly and can help show you to a seat, guide you to our kids area, and answer any questions you might have.

Where are you located?

We are located in downtown Downers Grove, at the corner of Maple Avenue & Washington Street. Our address is 929 Maple Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515.

What time is service?

10:30 AM | Worship Service

Where do I park?

FBC Parking Garage: Entrance located on Washington St., north of Maple Ave. *Please use the entrance that says "Church Parking". The garage offers a wheelchair lift.

Sunday Parking Garage Hours: 7 am - 1 pm

Overflow parking: Behind Lincoln Center (next door)

Church Office Parking Lot: Reserved for those with physical disabilities (on Washington St., south of Maple Ave).

Is there something for my kids?

Age Groups: Nursery (Ages 0-2); Preschool; Kindergarten & 1st Grade; 2nd-5th Grade. Visit Grove Kids for more info.

Your child's safety is our priority. Please check in your child before service. If it's your first Sunday with us, our team will get you registered. You'll need your parent security label to pick up your child.

What is a Sunday service like?

Sunday services last about 1 hour and 15 min. Communion service is typically held the first Sunday of each month.

Sunday services include prayer, a message from our Lead Pastor, and blend both traditional and contemporary worship music.

What do I wear?

Come as you are! People typically wear business casual or casual clothing.

How do I join a group?

Where do I start if I'm new to the Christian faith?

Alpha is the best place to start! Alpha is held weekly on Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00 PM. We share a meal and discuss basics of the Christian faith, honestly and openly. Click here to find out more about Alpha.
