Jarret is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary with a Master of Theology, with an emphasis in Leadership Studies.

Jarret and his wife, Dakota, have dedicated their marriage to ministry and spreading the Gospel message of Jesus. They have one son and love traveling and outdoor activities.

Johnny is passionate about making disciples and encouraging people to grow in their relationship with Christ.

He loves helping people deepen their understanding of God's Word. He enjoys biking, exercising, and playing sports. Johnny and his wife, Hannah,  have three children.

Josh is passionate about leading and shepherding, with a heart to encourage and equip others to step into their God-given callings. He holds an Associate in Worship Ministry from Hillsong International Leadership College. He and his wife, Callie, have one son. Josh enjoys Chicago sports, Formula 1, and golfing.

Mike and his wife led children's programs for 10 years at their former church and remains active in FBC's Children's Ministries. He and his wife have two children.

For Mike, it has been an absolute blessing to watch people, young and old, grow in Christ. 

Betsey graduated from North Central College with a BA in Journalism/Communications. She and her husband, Luke, have two sons.

Betsey loves helping people form connections and encouraging them to use their spiritual gifts. She enjoys reading, baking, trivia nights, and the Chicago Cubs.

Rob has served at First Baptist for over 38 years. He is passionate about serving the Lord and others. 

Rob enjoys golfing, drinking chai lattes, and watching Chicago sports.

Stan has deep community roots and faith-driven leadership. Stan has an MBA from Loyola University and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Transformational Leadership.

He also leads a Sunday morning Grow Group and chairs the Deacon Board.
